Founded and run by African students at Monash University, MAFS aims to create a vibrant community by connecting African students at Monash university and in the greater Melbourne area. Through a variety of events that emphasise socialising and having fun, we provide a space for students to meet new people, build lasting friendships, and celebrate shared cultures.

The main purpose of MAFS is to ensure that African students feel supported and connected throughout their university journey. By fostering a sense of belonging, we help students connect with others who share similar backgrounds, interests, and goals, making it easier for them to thrive in both their studies and social lives.
